Introduction of Decorative Cable Net in Stainless Steel :
The stainless steel rope mesh is manufactured using a unique hand-woven interlocking technique from standard 7” x 7” and 7" x 19" ,stainless steel cable to create diamond openings from 1” through 4”.
Specification of Decorative Cable Net in Stainless Steel:
1. Material : Stainless steel 304,304L,316,306L etc.
2. Ferrules Material : Tinned-copper,Nickel-plated copper, Stainless steel etc.
3. Cable construction and Diameter : 7x7 (Dia.: 1.2 - 2.5mm), 7x19 (Dia.: 3.0 - 4.0mm)
Usage of Decorative Cable Net in Stainless Steel:
Our stainless steel rope mesh for children security is an extremely strong containment netting suitable for smaller mammals, primates and large birds. Individual mesh knots are double fastened and the netting does not have to be installed under tension.
Decorative Cable Net in Stainless Steel is suitable for building projects under difficult topographic conditions or special demands for example caused by the environmental protection. The lightweight stainless steel rope mesh is transported easily and installed on the border tubes or cables of the balustrade without extensive installation equipment. Alternatively there are pre-installed custom–sized stainless steel frames for balustrade fillings.

Yes, we will manufacturer as your required specifications like mesh size, rope diameter or other special materials etc. Manufacturing always follow your instructions.
Firstly clear one concept when talk about the length and width. Is the rope mesh installation horizontal or vertical? See below picture. We ‘d better clear the direction before confirming the length and width. In the status of vertical (see below) ,any Width is available .Length should be limited to 20meters . We have to joint the mesh in length if exceed.
Yes ,but we strongly propose our customer cut and joint in their working field .Tolerance in size could be avoid in this way . We will also help you in method and tools regarding the cut and joint.
